MARC MÁRQUEZ

He was born on 17th February 1993 in Cervera, a small village in Catalonia.

When he was four he got his firts motorbike. After four years, he started with enduro motorbike and he won the Catalan title; next he won the open Racc 50 too.

In 2004 he met his manager, Emilio Zamora. One year later he started as rookie in 125cc; at the age of 13 he got in top of the podium.

2008 was a big year he qualified among the best 10 riders in Montmeló and he reached the Firts Podium in a World Championship.

Next he made his second podium and his 2 first "pole positions". The next year his dream came true: he became the World Champion. In 2012 he obtained the Championship in Moto2 and started the season: reach Moto GP in 2013, later he became World Champion again. His brother, Àlex, got Moto3 title, he finished in 3rd position.

Since 2004 he has run a lot of races and since 2013 he has been a Moto GP leader.
